Kum Join Us Class – Worship means different things to different people. For example, some associate worship only with the time of congregational singing that takes place during a church gathering. But what about the other things we do on Sunday morning? Is the public reading of scripture considered worship? Is the preaching of God’s Word the act of worship? Some Christians might be surprised to learn what the Bible has to say about proper worship. There are three primary questions concerning worship that should be answered: Whom do we worship? How do we worship? Why do we worship? Many of our understandings of worship are taken from the Old Testament, specifically the Book of Psalms. This quarter’s lessons look at the New Testament to give us a more focused understanding of worship that is distinctly Christian.
Sanctified Class – They are studying the Book of Ephesians through the month of March. Feel free to join at any time.
New Beginnings Class – They are studying about keeping priorities in line, busyness at bay, and refocusing on God’s plan for your life out of a book called Beating Busyness. This should last through the next few months, so feel free to join at any time.
